What do you look for in a plastic surgery website?

So just the other day I was talking to my web designer and the conversation got around the intention that readers just like yourself have when they are searching online for a plastic surgeon.

I believe the first and for most thing you want to see if great before and after pictures of previous work, I mean what more can be said than to look at the quality of a surgeons work right?

My web designed however disagreed with me, he believes you want to read great content first and photos are of course helpful but not the main reason for visiting the site

Here is what I want to know… what do you think?
